PLEASE NOTE: Patients are responsible for monitoring their medication supply and prescription expiry dates and scheduling appointments in a timely manner to obtain repeat prescriptions. All prescription requests must be made during a consultation. Requests via email or telephone will not be accepted.

From April 2026, only telehealth appointments will be available for patients located in Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia.

Patients in New South Wales can continue to access both face-to-face and telehealth appointments as usual.

Online Bookings at ProMind Care

We sincerely believe that excellent patient care involves making things as accessible and convenient as possible and that is why our doctors utilise the latest in medical software to provide you the best care.

The Halaxy system allows you to create your own login and access the Patient Portal where you can upload important documents securely for your doctor to review. It also allows you to complete any assessment forms that your doctor has organised for you. This enhances privacy and security by avoiding sending documents via email.

You can also use it to update your personal profile and payment details, and share your patient portal with family and carers.

Please note: no prescriptions will be provided outside of consultation. Please make sure you request all medications during your consultation with your doctor.
