PLEASE NOTE: Patients are responsible for monitoring their medication supply and prescription expiry dates and scheduling appointments in a timely manner to obtain repeat prescriptions. All prescription requests must be made during a consultation. Requests via email or telephone will not be accepted.

From April 2026, telehealth appointments will be available only for patients located in Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia.

Face-to-face appointments will be available exclusively to patients in New South Wales.

NEW PATIENTS

To book a consultation with one of our doctors, you will need to obtain a referral from your GP or a medical specialist. Referral from your GP is valid for 12 months from the date of your first appointment and referral from a specialist is valid for 3 months. Having a referral entitles you to receive Medicare rebate, and having a referring doctor enables our doctors to share-care as appropriate.

You are welcome to make an initial NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT booking using our ONLINE BOOKING facility. Simply click on “ONLINE BOOKING” and follow the prompts.

**PLEASE NOTE: Your initial appointment request will appear as “PENDING” until your referral has been sent to us, triaged and accepted. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be informed via both email and SMS. An unique link to our New Patient Intake form will be created for you and we ask that you complete this as soon as possible to finalise your booking. You are also invited to join the PATIENT PORTAL where you can manage your appointments, invoices, health information etc.

How does video consultation work?

1   You will receive a CONSULTATION LINK.

5 minutes before your appointment time, find a comfortable quiet space, click on the link and follow the instructions.

Once you complete the relevant information, you will be taken to our waiting room.

The doctor will admit you into the consultation room for your appointment.
